Specific to our grant request, we served 52 children last year through our String School at the Boys and Girls Club.

Program Overview: As an extension of the Symphony’s String School (which charges a tuition) we established, 3 years ago, a program with Waynesboro and Staunton Boys and Girls Clubs (B&GC) wherein we provide violins and weekly violin lessons throughout the school year at No Charge.
