Thank you for your interest in applying for a grant from the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge. The Competitive Community Grant Application is for requests of up to $10,000. Eligible organizations are currently operating with 501(c) (3) tax-exempt status and are either located within or operating programs within the Foundation’s service area (i.e., Cities of Staunton and Waynesboro, and Augusta, Nelson, and Highland Counties).
Youth Philanthropy Council Grant Program
The Youth Philanthropy Council (YPC) is a youth-focused and youth-administered committee operating as a grant-making board. YPC operates under the direction of the Community Foundation, which offers them the opportunity to award $15,000 in grants annually.
The Youth Philanthropy Council (YPC) of the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge announces the availability of $15,000 in grant funding to support projects addressing the needs of youth in our region. Cadence Community Support
Cadence, Inc. is headquartered in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, with manufacturing facilities in Rhode Island and Pennsylvania. As an integral part of the community in which we live, Cadence is committed to giving back on an on-going basis. In the past twelve years, Cadence’s mission to better the community has resulted in almost $400,000 in charitable contributions.
