2025 By The Numbers
Our Investments
Beginning in January 2025, we contracted Mercer/Vanguard, now known as Marsh, to provide discretionary investment services for the majority of the Community Foundation’s assets. They work within the framework of our Investment Policy Statement, adopted by our Board of Directors, and oversight by our Investment Committee.
We have been very pleased with this new relationship and the 19.10% return on our investments that they produced for us last year, as well as our 9.24% ROI during the first six months of 2026. We look forward to our continued work with Marsh.
