Mustoe-Seybert Family Scholarship

The Mustoe-Seybert Family Scholarship was established in 2021 by the family of Robert M. Mustoe to honor the Mustoe and Seybert families’ dedication to education and their Highland County roots.

The Scholarship is to be awarded to a graduating senior of Highland High School who intends to pursue further study at an accredited college or career/technical school. • An eligible student must demonstrate financial need.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated, through their work in school and their life in the community, the determination and potential to succeed in their post-high school educational pursuits and their chosen career.
  • Preference will be given to, but not limited to, candidates pursuing a post-high school credential, certificate, two-year degree, or four-year degree in a technical field or vocation.
  • An eligible student must be a candidate for high school graduation at the end of the current academic year and plan to enroll at an accredited college or career/technical school the following academic year.
