Roxanne Harsh Staufer graduated from Fort Defiance High School in 1967. She attended Bridgewater College for two years before transferring to and graduating from Manchester College.
Description
The Roxanne Harsh Staufer Memorial Scholarship was established to provide funds for educational scholarships to Augusta County residents of any age, with preference given to applicants pursuing a degree in Elementary or Early Childhood Education.
Eligibility
- A resident of Augusta County, VA.
- Must demonstrate financial need (60% of selection criteria).
- Must demonstrate academic merit (40% of the selection criteria).
- Preference will be given to applicants who plan to pursue a career in Elementary or Early Childhood Education.
