Description
The Michael E. Ruckman, Jr. Memorial Scholarship was established for graduating seniors at Fort Defiance High School, who plan to attend James Madison University, with preference for applicants who plan to pursue a career in education.
Eligibility
- An eligible applicant must be a senior at Fort Defiance High School.
- An eligible applicant must be planning to attend James Madison University (JMU).
- Preference will be given to applicants who plan to pursue a career in education.
- An eligible student must be a candidate for high school graduation at the end of the current academic year and plan to enroll at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the Continental United States the following academic year.
