The Blackley Family Scholarship

The Blackley Family Scholarship was established through the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge to support graduating seniors of Staunton High School in pursuing their educational and career goals.

Award Amount $5,000 per academic year, renewable for up to four academic years.

Eligible Programs of Study

  • Trade certification programs
  • Associate degree programs
  • Bachelor’s degree programs

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a graduating senior of Staunton High School
  • Demonstrated financial need
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed academically (academic success is not determined solely by GPA)
  • Preference given to candidates pursuing practical or career-oriented fields of study
